As far as we can influence it and parameterize the data processing, we are working towards a data protection conform handling by the operator of the social media platform within the scope of our available possibilities. Please also pay attention to the privacy policy of the respective social media platform in this context.
Your data being entered on our social media pages, such as username, comments, videos, pictures, likes, public messages and so on, are being published by the social media platform and at no time processed for any other purpose by us. We only reserve the right to delete content if necessary. We possibly share your content on our page, if this is a function of the social media platform and communicate via the social media platform with you.
If you are sending a request via the social media platform, we will possibly, depending on the content, refer to other, safe ways of communication, which guarantee privacy. For example, you have the possibility to send your request to the address or email address named in the imprint at any time. The choice of the appropriate way of communication lays in your responsibility
The legal basis for the processing is article 6 paragraph 1 lit. f GDPR. The processing of data is based on the legitimate interest to conduct public relations for our company and to be able to communicate with you.
Some social media platforms create statistics based on usage data containing information regarding the interaction with our social media page. We cannot influence or prevent the implementation and provision of those statistics. Statistics of the social media platform which go beyond the standard configuration will not be utilized by us.
The information are being processed in accordance with article 6 paragraph 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR with the legitimate interest to validate the handling of our social media page and to improve our content target group oriented.
We are also using the aforementioned social media platforms to display targeted advertising from time to time.
In order to do so we are using target group definitions provided by the social media provider. We are only using anonymous target group definition – therefore defining features based on e.g. general demographic data, behavior, interests and connections. The operator of the social media platform uses this in order to respectively place advertisement to his users. The legal basis is the consent which the operator of the social media platform obtained from its users. If you want to revoke this consent, please use the revocation options provided by the operator of the social media platform, since the social media platform is responsible for this processing.
From time to time we, or the operator of the social media platform, also use publicly available information for the target group definition. The legal basis for this processing is then Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to develop a target group definition as suitable as possible. For the development of the target group definition we are never using sensitive data named in article 9 and 10 GDPR.
We do not use target group definition based on location data. We do not provide the operator of social media platforms with personal data within the framework of target group definition.
We use information regarding the visit of or the interaction with other pages from time to time for target group definition (so called Remarketing). In order to do so we are also, inter alia, using cookies. In this case we obtain consent of the user in advance via consent banner on the respective websites and inform about the data processing. This consent can be revoked at any time by accessing the consent banner of the respective website again.

We delete your personal data when these are not necessary anymore for the aforementioned purpose of processing and no legal storage obligations oppose the deletion.
The operator of the social media platform uses web tracking methods. The web tracking happens irrespective of whether you are logged in to or registered on a social media platform.
We would like to make you aware that it cannot be foreclosed that the operator of the social media platform uses your profile and behavioral data in order to evaluate your habits, personal relationships, preferences and so on. Insofar we cannot influence the processing of your data by the operator of the social media platform, so that the use of the social media platform takes place at your own responsibility.

You, as the website user, have the possibility to execute the following rights against us as well as the operator of the social media platform if the requirements are met:
You have the right to ask for a confirmation whether your personal data are being processed; if this is the case, you have the right to information about these personal data and to the information named in article 15 GDPR.
You have the right to immediate rectification of incorrect personal data and, if necessary, to request the completion of incomplete personal data.
You further have the right to request immediate erasure of your personal data if one of the reasons listed in article 17 GDPR is applicable, for example if data are no longer necessary for the purpose.
You have the right to restrict the processing if one of the requirements listed in Art. 18 GDPR is met, for example if you objected the processing during the time of the assessment.
In certain cases, named in article 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, common and machine-readable format, or to request the transfer of those data to a third party.
In case that data are gathered based on our legitimate interest according to article 6 paragraph 1 lit. f GDPR you have the right to object the processing at any time for reasons relating to your respective situation. If you do object, we will no longer process your personal data unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or for the establishment, exercise or defense of any legal claims.
If data are being processed based on the legitimate interest of direct advertising, you have an own right to object, which you may exercise at any time without giving reasons and which will lead to the ending of the processing for the purpose of direct marketing.
According to article 77 GDPR you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you are of the opinion that the processing of your personal data infringes data protection law regulations.
